Privacy Policy — Vale a Parcela

Summary

Vale a Parcela does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device and does not connect to the internet.

1. Who is responsible for the app

Vale a Parcela is developed by Retomar Labs, based in Michigan, USA. For any privacy matter, write to support@retomarlabs.com.

2. The numbers you type

The numbers you type (number of installments, installment amount and cash price) are used only to do the math on screen. They stay only in the app’s memory while it’s open, are not saved on the device and are not sent to anyone. When you close the app, they’re gone.

3. What the app doesn’t do

• No sign-up, login or email.
• No device permissions — not even internet access, camera, location or contacts.
• No ads.
• No analytics, tracking tools or cookies.
• No sharing or selling of data, because there is no data to share.

4. Data handled by app stores

When you download the app, the store (for example, Google Play) may handle data as part of the download and your store account, under its own privacy policy. Retomar Labs can see, in the store’s dashboard, only aggregated and anonymous statistics, such as the number of installs and app crash reports, which don’t identify you.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018) gives you rights such as confirming whether data is processed, accessing it, correcting it and asking for its deletion. Because Vale a Parcela doesn’t process personal data, we hold no data of yours to access or delete — but you can write to us at any time, and you also have the right to file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

6. Children and teenagers

The app doesn’t collect data from any user, of any age.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version on this page with an updated effective date. If the app ever starts processing personal data, this policy will be updated before that change reaches the app.
